We are looking for a Communications Manager to help us shape and deliver high-quality member communications across the full customer journey. The role involves designing and delivering transactional member communications, working with agencies and third-party suppliers, and tracking and reporting on communications performance.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with experience interpreting data and insights
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in designing and delivering customer-facing communications
- Background in marketing or creative environments, ideally including agency interaction
