Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Medical Counsel to join our litigation team and play a pivotal role in the medical-legal strategy of our cases. The Litigation Medical Counsel will oversee and execute all medical aspects of a case from the pre-litigation transition through trial preparation.
Requirements
- Licensed Medical Doctor (MD)
- 3+ years’ experience in personal injury, orthopedics, neurology, or related med-legal fields
- Familiarity with litigation processes, discovery, and expert testimony
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex medical records
- Proficiency with Filevine, Google Suite, and remote communication platforms (RingCentral)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
