Job Description
The Host/Take Out Associate is responsible for greeting and seating guests, handling take-out, and maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Seat guests efficiently and manage seating chart
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list
- Manage reservations using OpenTable
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders
- Assemble and package orders
- Process payments for takeout orders
- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation of sales
