Job Description
Legal Services of the Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time staff attorney to serve veterans and military families on our Veterans and Military Families Project. The successful candidate will handle individual case work, litigation, and education and outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the New York State Bar
- One or more years of legal experience
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Valid Driver License and access to own vehicle
