Legalist is a tech-enabled alternative asset manager that uses proprietary data-driven origination to invest in uncorrelated legal and government-payment assets. We're hiring an Investment Counsel to help deploy our latest litigation finance fund.

Requirements

• Legal research and due diligence on investment opportunities
• Preparation of investment memos
• Real-time negotiation with plaintiffs and attorneys over investment terms and pricing
• Training and working closely with the engineering team to translate legal knowledge into automation
