Requirements
- Independent legal advice and representation of clients in the field of individual and collective labour law
- Representation of clients in all procedural matters before the labour and social and civil courts, especially preparation and attendance of court hearings and drafting of pleadings
- Examination of labour, tariff and social security law questions including clarification and legal analysis of the matter
- Legal accompaniment of personnel separation processes, especially strategic preparation of terminations and consensual termination of employment relationships
- Extra-judicial representation and advice of medium-sized corporate groups up to employee mandate holders
- Labour law advice in connection with personnel reduction measures, especially closure of businesses
- Independent conduct of negotiations in all labour and social security law matters at court and authorities
- Evaluation of individual and company law questions
- Drafting of employment contract documents (employment contracts, bonus agreements, notification of works councils, etc.)
