We are looking for an experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer to join our Sydney team in a unique and newly created position with a strong commercial focus.
Requirements
- Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE experience in commercial disputes in a private practice environment
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management
- Assisted in advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing case merits, and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budget forecasts
