Commercial Disputes Lawyer - Sales

LegalVision is a market disruptor in the commercial legal services industry, seeking a Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join their Sydney team on a full-time basis. The role involves developing a broader skill set spanning legal practice, client strategy, and business development, with a clear pathway into a senior business development and commercial leadership role within LegalVision.

Requirements

• Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE experience in commercial disputes in a private practice environment
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and build strong client rapport
• Assisted in advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing case merits, and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budget forecasts
