Commercial Lawyer 2-4 PQE

LegalVision is a commercial law firm built for businesses that want to work differently. We provide unlimited legal support to SMEs and in-house teams through our fixed-fee legal membership. We are recruiting mid-level lawyers to join our Commercial team due to the ever-increasing number of large national and multinational clients we support.

Requirements

• Admitted to practise in Australia with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with highly sophisticated clients.
