Corporate Tax Lawyer 5+ PQE

LegalVision is a commercial law firm looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Lawyer to join their team in Manchester, UK. The role involves advising small and medium-sized business clients on corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions and international expansion.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
• 5+ years PQE in corporate tax with proven transactional experience
• Demonstrable expertise in IR35 / employment tax
• Experience in SDLT (particularly leasing)
• Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, and communication skills
