Corporate Transactions Senior Associate 3-5 PQE

We are looking for a 3-5 PQE lawyer to join our Corporate team in a newly created role. The successful candidate will have experience in managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be able to provide practical, commercial advice to clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer
• Capital raising and M&A specialisation
• Broad corporate law expertise
• Experience managing workflows and transactions in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Ability to communicate directly with clients
• Experience supervising juniors and working collaboratively within a high-performing team
