Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate M&A lawyer to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to their success. The successful candidate will manage and execute complex corporate transactions, work closely with partners and senior attorneys, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
- Experience working in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of corporate/commercial law, including banking, projects and project finance, debt and equity capital markets, anti-trust, and general decision support
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Excellent business development skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
