LegalVision is a commercial law firm built for businesses that want to work differently. We are looking for a mid-level lawyer to join our successful team in Sydney as an Enterprise and Franchising Lawyer.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience from a reputable law firm or busy in-house team
• Strong general commercial law experience with some demonstrated franchising law experience
• Broad commercial and consumer law experience
• Commercial acumen and the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to step up and take on responsibility for day to day transactions
• Strong drafting skills
• A strong desire to get involved in broader business development activities
