Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator role to enhance Proposal Coordination efforts at CMTA (formerly AMA Group), with emphasis on expertise in Adobe InDesign software for proposal creation, marketing collateral, and document design. The role plays a crucial part in supporting business development and sales through the end-to-end proposal process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or equivalent experience
• Provide samples of prior work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development, project coordination, or marketing roles, preferably within a professional services environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
