Job Description
Legence is a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical systems in buildings. The company specializes in designing, fabricating, and installing complex HVAC, process piping, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The Telecom Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of the enterprise voice and telecommunications environment.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions
- Administer and maintain POTS lines
- Manage SIP trunking services
- Support auto attendants, call queues, and voicemail
- Manage cellular services
- Provide Tier 2/3 support
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors
