As Quality Control Manager, you will lead QC laboratory staff, monitor QC testing activities, and ensure robust, compliant, and future-proof QC operations within a strongly regulated cGMP environment.
Requirements
- Leading, coaching, and developing QC laboratory staff
- Providing adequate training in cGMP, safety, and technical competencies
- Monitoring QC testing activities
- Reviewing and approving laboratory data, test methods, and procedures
- Leading and supporting laboratory investigations
- Ensuring maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment
- Directing verification, qualification, validation, and transfer of test methods
- Acting as a subject matter expert in resolving complex laboratory problems
- Closely collaborating with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, MSAT, and Maintenance
- Managing departmental materials, budgets, and personnel planning
- Contributing to global QC laboratory strategies in line with compliance and business objectives
- Directing continuous improvement initiatives and improvement projects
