Job Description
Legend Brands, an industry leader and long-standing, stable company, combines over 185 years of experience in providing equipment, accessories and chemicals for professional cleaning, facility maintenance, portable environmental control, fire remediation and water damage restoration. The Senior Document Control Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance department with document control, change board process, supplier management, and ISO compliance functions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Five years of previous experience required
- Knowledge of ERP systems – D365 preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office programs Excel, Word, and Access
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration
- Skilled in SolidWorks and SharePoint workflow creation
- Ability to read and understand drawing specifications
- Ability to use SharePoint document control software
