Job Description
Legend is seeking a Commercial Optimisation Manager to report to the Senior Accounts Lead. This commercially-driven role focuses on growing partner performance, maximizing advertising value, and scaling deal impact. The manager will be responsible for relentlessly optimizing visible placements (adverts) for revenue, first-time depositors, and strategic partner alignment, guiding decision-making on placements and measuring success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate partnerships and a bias for action.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of affiliate partnerships, commercial placement dynamics, and bonus structures
- Experience in a commercial, account management or CRO-focused role
- Clear bias for action
- Excellent cross-functional coordination
- Confident using performance dashboards to inform decisions
- Commercial instinct, judgement, and the drive to chase revenue
