Job Description
We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team in St Helier, Jersey. As a Financial Accountant, you will support the accurate, clear and timely reporting of financial performance to internal and external stakeholders. You will work across the balance sheet, cash flow and P&L, helping to ensure financial outputs are robust, well-controlled and compliant with applicable reporting standards.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting environment, ideally with exposure to statutory reporting, audit or technical accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting principles, including IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Experience preparing or supporting financial statements, working papers, reconciliations or statutory outputs.
- High attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to compliance documentation and audit support.
