Drain Service Lead

We are hiring a Drain Service Lead to lead, develop, and scale our drain department. The role involves managing drain technicians, performing drain service, and owning technician performance, process adherence, field execution, and integration with sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of drain, plumbing, or relevant service operations experience
• Proven leadership experience managing field technicians
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
