As a Drain & Sewer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drain and sewer systems in residential properties. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license/certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Drain & Sewer Technician, with a strong understanding of residential drain and sewer systems.
- Proficiency in using drain cleaning equipment, video inspection tools, and plumbing tools.
- Knowledge of different pipe materials, fittings, and fixtures commonly used in residential drainage systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex drainage issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
