Job Description
Leggett & Platt’s 2nd Shift Team Leader performs various tasks necessary to lead and direct production activities in a singular work cell or product line. The Team Leader assists in set-up of production areas, maintains production workflow, and checks measurements and quality of all materials.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions
