Job Description
Manage total facility Continuous Improvement initiatives, provide coaching on lean tools, and drive projects through implementation to completion. Develop Operational Excellence annual plan with a focus on LAMPS (Lean Tools) that drive labor redeployment efficiencies, OEE improvements and shop floor space gains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Lean Management, or similar degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management, engineering or manufacturing
- Automotive experience
- Experience in applying Lean Thinking principles in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in project management
- Strong understanding of LEAN principles and methodologies and implementing these Knowledge of Six Sigma
- Ability to develop focused team activities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
