Job Description
Leggett & Platt is seeking an Office Services Assistant for our Corporate office in Carthage, Missouri. The Office Services Assistant will provide clerical support and assist in the smooth operation of daily tasks within the department.
Requirements
- Provide clerical support and assist in the smooth operation of daily tasks within the department
- Complete paperwork, reply to emails, manage spreadsheets, organize files
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Answer phones and provide customer service
- Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls
- Pickup and deliver mail to Post Office and across our Corporate Campus
- Operate postal machinery and log incoming UPS packages
- Maintain refreshments during events
