Quality Manager

We are searching for a Quality Manager to help support our Automotive business in ensuring people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business and work with a collaborative and innovative team.

Requirements

• Implement, improve and monitor the company’s management system to meet customer, legal and LPA's requirements and expectations.
• Review and develop action plans to improve Branch KPI (Cost of poor quality, internal PPM, Customer PPM, PPAP submission on time).
• Manage quality department to provide support to branch operations (such as continuous improvements and LAMPS) and service to the customer.
• Ensure Compliances of quality, regulatory, and customer requirements, such as IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, etc.
• Hold the Branch team accountable for maintaining records and reports in a concise manner, and update documents accordingly.
• Maintain/improve customer and supplier intimacy through customer visit/contact and create effective working relations.
• Fulfill responsibilities in Health & Safety as defined by legislation and the company H&S program.
