Job Description
We are searching for a Sales Manager to support our bedding business and lead strategic customer partnerships, driving profitable growth and ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in strategic sales role or key account management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word for professional documentation and reporting
- Experience working with customer forecasts and demand planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
