Technology & Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are searching for a Technology & Project Manager (m/f/d) to support our Automotive business, ensuring people have comfort in their lives. The role will align technical solutions with customer needs and business priorities, and contribute market and technology insights, supports portfolio and roadmap discussions, and ensures structured governance and coordination of cross functional development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Automotive industry and a technical customer-facing role
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted customer relationships
• Ability to understand customer technical needs and translate them into viable solutions
• Effective influencing, written, and verbal communication skills
• Solid project and portfolio management skills in cross-functional environments
• Proactive mindset focused on identifying opportunities and strengthening competitive positioning
• Global mindset with the ability to operate across regions and cultures
• Fluent German and English language skills
