Collective Training Analyst

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike
• Thorough understanding of USSTRATCOM mission sets, CJCS/USSTRATCOM Emergency Action Procedures, and end-to-end operations from National-level decision making through unit-level execution
• Experience developing and executing scenario-based training modules
• Operational experience at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM including command center or battle staff duties
• Authoritative knowledge of joint collective training development and execution
• Ability to support and collaborate across the team to accomplish the mission
