Work with world leading technology business at the forefront of innovation. As a Configuration Manager, you will manage the baselines of several mission systems, identify and control configuration items, and provide configuration management guidance to technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience and/or certifications in ITIL Service Management with strong Configuration and Change Management expertise
- Hands-on experience with Configuration Management Systems and maintaining configuration and change processes in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop policies, procedures and work instructions, and manage compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
