Job Description
Leidos is seeking Distribution Engineers & Designers in the Western, PA region who are passionate about electric utility design engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems for Leidos electric utility customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial); additional relevant experience/certifications may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with the execution of distribution projects from kickoff through design approved, including Customer interaction and Process documentation
- Experience with utility reliability projects
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with the NESC
- Valid U.S. driver's license
