Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert

We're searching for a Full-time Experienced Electronic Warfare Tactical and Technical Trainer to support Combat Systems training and readiness in Norfolk, VA. The candidate will develop and conduct combat systems and weapon system employment, training and educational programs for personnel assigned to AEGIS Platforms.

Requirements

• Develops; organizes; and conducts combat systems and weapon system employment, training and educational programs for personnel assigned to AEGIS Platforms
• Serve as the Electronic Warfare Mission Package Coordinator and SLQ-32 Console Operator (EWCO) instructor
• Review and analyze Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities and Limitations and U.S. Navy Operational and Tactical doctrine
• Integrate and conceptualize the execution of Doctrine optimizing the application of ship's Combat Systems capabilities and limitations in a dynamic operational tactical environment
• Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
