Field Service Technician I

Field Service Technician I responsible for performing customer support activities, installing and repairing complex equipment, and working with customers in a 24/7 environment. Travel required.

Requirements

• Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
• Computer literacy and aptitude for learning specialized software programs
• Excellent communications skills and strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork
• Ability to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs, push/pull 200 lbs, and move/manipulate equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs with assistance
• Ability to work safely and follow safety precautions in extreme environments
