Leidos is seeking an HR Data & Analytics Advisor with experience in Workday configuration to help shape and execute our HR analytics and AI strategy, delivering insights that drive workforce decisions across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, such as ad hoc reporting, statistical modeling, and answering key business questions.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis to inform decision-making.
- Develop executive-ready presentations with clear data storytelling and concise insights.
- Apply an AI-forward mindset to enhance analytics, automation, and insight delivery.
- Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products (datasets, ETL processes, dashboards) in partnership with IT.
- Manage analytics product lifecycle, including requirements, testing, enhancements, and release planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR analytics tools and self-service capabilities.
