Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) - Senior

Leidos is seeking a skilled Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) - Senior to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission. The role will assist in aligning organizational processes and technology to enable enhanced information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production.

Requirements

• Assist in aligning business processes and technology infrastructures to optimize information sharing and support analytic production needs across the organization.
• Leverage centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to improve workflow efficiency and knowledge management practices.
• Compile and analyze reports on system performance and usage, and identify future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products efficiently and securely across a variety of networks and enterprise portals.
• Perform configuration, administration, and advanced development of SharePoint, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), and other content management systems.
• Design and develop web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, branding customizations, and web services.
• Manage user controls and security permissions for SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture user requirements and translate them into robust, user-friendly knowledge management solutions.
• Maintain and update all system and process documentation, ensuring adherence to established standards and operational best practices.
• Document Operating Instructions (OIs) for command-wide programs and initiatives.
