Job Description
Leidos is looking for a Model-Based Systems Engineer to work on their Defense Sector team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, software engineering, or related fields, and be able to use MBSE methodologies and tools to develop system architectures. The role involves analyzing and defining architectures, developing system structure and behavior, and collaborating with government stakeholders. The position requires an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience or a master's degree with at least a year experience
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS
- Experience working in a SIL environment
- Experience with SysML, preferably using Cameo/MagicDraw
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
