Network Engineer

Join Our Elite Team as a Network Engineer in Orlando, FL. Leidos has multiple openings for Network Engineers to support a Defense network program. The Network Engineer will provide support for core network infrastructure devices and design, document, implement, maintain, and operate an evolving network architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field
• Active and current Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience of Juniper SSR architecture and configuration
• Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation
• Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco IOS/IOS-XE operating systems
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
• Experience with network virtualization and software-defined networking
• Familiarity with network automation tools
• Proven track record in SD-Wan solutions
• Familiarity with WAN optimizing
• Understanding and implementing QoS
• Proficient knowledge of network engineering, network architecture, and network automation
• Strong written and verbal communications, team building and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
