Job Description
The Programme Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and assurance of complex medical programmes across Medical Support Services. The role acts as the integration point between Defence Medical Services customers, delivery partners, and live operations, translating commissioned and DMS-driven change into executable delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder and customer-facing programmes in regulated environments
- Strong programme management, governance, and delivery assurance capability
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery under pressure
