Leidos Health & Services Sector is seeking a Programmer/Analyst to support the Department of Defense's personnel testing and assessment mission. The Programmer/Analyst supports software development, testing, and maintenance of research and assessment systems, including computer-adaptive testing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of five years of experience in the area of computer programming, database management, and other analysis and computer support functions.

- Ability to support data processing, analysis tools, or research systems, including implementing algorithms and data workflows.
- Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check. US Citizenship is required.
- Familiarity with DTAC and its mission and objectives.
- Familiarity with federal or DoD IT environments and information assurance practices.
- Familiarity with computer-adaptive testing (CAT) systems, scoring engines, or algorithm-driven applications.
- Experience working with large or sensitive datasets in secure or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and structured development workflows.
- Experience developing technical documentation, user guides, or system support materials.
