Senior Contracts Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to work in our Reston, Virginia office. The successful candidate will oversee major proposals, monitor contracts, and recommend solutions to achieve functional objectives. They will also be a key asset in negotiations, resolving complex issues, and developing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Provide oversight and evaluation of major proposals
• Monitor major contracts and recommend new solutions
• Negotiate contracts and resolve multi-faceted and complex contractual issues
• Ensure compliance with Leidos policies and develop customer relationships
• Have in-depth knowledge of Government regulations (FAR / DFARS) and all contract types
• Have commercial contracts experience on the selling side of contracts management
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
