Job Description
Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide Tier 2 support for a Federal Intelligence Agency contract located in Alice Springs, AUS. The primary responsibilities include system administration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for multiple Enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or a Masters Degree and 6+ years of experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- Active Directory Administration
- DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP
- Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
- Application Troubleshooting such as Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer
- Linux Operating system
- Understanding of Service Now, NETS or other ticketing process
- ITIL v3 or higher
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Windows System Administration
