Job Description
Join Leidos' all-star team as a Senior Systems Engineer supporting DIA's National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center (NDOC) under our 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract. As a senior member of the team, you will perform systems engineering tasks, lead a software development team, and manage risks, escalating impediments, and driving continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in software development, system engineering or related field
- Active Top Secret//SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- Experience with creating design packages and workflows
- Experience in writing technical solutions and whitepapers
- Experience implementing key Agile processes and techniques
- Experience with facilitating scrum for the team
- Experience with Gitlab (workflow), JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a MBSE approach and tools or experience with framework/approach like MBSE
