Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' broad experience across marine engineering, naval architecture, system integration and systems engineering in complex systems
- Technically or degree qualified to Bachelor degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. systems engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, naval architecture or physics)
- Familiarity with ship design and operations, including the ability to demonstrate an understanding of platform characteristics and conduct operational assessments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication; the ability to operate impartially and objectively in a highly complex and challenging environment; and the ability to work independently with limited guidance, keeping relevant stakeholders informed as required
