Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a talented Software Engineer Lead to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex sensor and radar orientated problems. The team is solving the world’s toughest security challenges for customers with “can’t fail” missions.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and sustainment of health and status monitoring applications support advanced technology radar programs
• Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers
• Work closely with other skilled engineers to find areas for improvement in both performance and processing latency
• Guide architectural decisions and oversee implementation of scalable monitoring frameworks
• Investigate and develop framework modifications to improve performance, reliability, and observability across radar programs
• Serve as the primary technical authority for health and status monitoring capabilities
