Job Description
Leidos is seeking a Substation Protection and Controls Engineer to join their team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will design substation protection and control projects for electric utilities, and work on various projects, including relay one line design, three line AC schematic design, and DC protection schematic design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of Substation protection control design and/or field testing/commissioning experience
- Experience in executing substation protection and control projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and design substation protection and control drawings
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure situations
