Job Description
The Technical Operations Manager plays a key role in delivering reliable, mission-critical services for the Air Component Command and Control Capability System (AC-C2CS) at the RAAF Base in Glenbrook, NSW, Australia. The role involves managing a technical team, coordinating SMEs/vendors, and ensuring high standards of service performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record building high performance teams
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure; mentoring experience desirable
- Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, preferably in Government or Defence ICT environments
- Intermediate ITIL certification (Service Operations, Transition) and practical application of ITIL processes
- Familiarity with MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, and experience in large-scale enterprise environments
