Job Description
We are looking for a Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee all planned, preventative and reactive works in relation to all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across two recently refurbished sports, fitness and leisure centres near Westway in London.
Requirements
- Commercial maintenance experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Engineer, Technical Engineer or Facilities Manager
- Strong background in the trades/handywork
- Experience of working with contractors
