Job description
Leisure World of Maryland Corporation seeks a HVAC Foreman to supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance, service, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment within the community. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in HVAC maintenance, 5 years in light commercial work, and 5 years as a Foreman/supervisor of facilities maintenance HVAC work force.
Supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, plan and schedule work, prepare reports, establish preventive maintenance programs, provide training, and perform personnel management functions.
The ideal candidate will have CFC certification and/or license in refrigerant, transition and recovery, Maryland State HVAC Master License, and a current valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The company offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
