Requirements

• Leading the production team and actively working in the assembly
• Preparing and monitoring the work planning
• Ensuring regular team meetings and clear communication within the team
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks in the production process
• Ensuring quality, safety, and operational regulations (including 6S)
• Ensuring testing and completion of machines according to the checklist
