Job Description
As an Online Store Manager at Lely, you will drive sales & revenue growth, platform management, and customer experience. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, ensure product catalogues are accurate, and optimize the platform for ease of use. You will also develop strategies to increase online sales and customer retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar retail or store management role.
- Strong understanding of digital buying journeys and the ability to translate these into intuitive, user-friendly online experiences
- Proven experience with planning and executing promotions and visual merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and experience using BI and AI-driven insights tools.
