Salary Administrator at Lely, responsible for salary administration, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations. Must have experience in payroll, AFAS Profit, and knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level and a completed VPS training
• At least 4 years of experience in payroll, preferably within a large (international) company
• Excellent knowledge of AFAS Profit and experience in optimizing payroll processes
• Strong knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations, including international arrangements (e.g. 30% ruling, knowledge migrants)
